Like a Feather...

Crude oil prices are now down to their lowest levels in five months. So why am I paying 40 cents more per gallon now than I was five months ago???

I think it may be related to the same principle of grocery stores hiking prices really high for a couple of weeks on a particular item, then lowering it, but not lowering it to the same price it was before the price got hiked up.

The president of whatever ethanol company you frequent needs the money to buy a new fleet of oversized yachts. His old yachts got boring. So, he's going to donate them to the needy people of sub-Saharan Africa and use it as a tax write-off. Join the cause, man!
